Very comfortable chair. The seat cushioning and back support are excellent,making it suitable for long working hours. The chair is sturdy and looks professional. Height adjustment and smooth rotation make it easy to use.Assembly was simple as well. Highly recommended for office or home workspace.

Writing this review after almost 5 months of use.
The chair is strong and comfortable, the only concern and eventually became a problem is the plastic pieces used in the hydraulic system, the rim that holds the piston rod firm broke and got stuck inside the piston. The Hydraulic assembly should be designed for a much stronger support system. Overall this is a good product with great customer support too.

Here's a quick review of each parameter:
Assemble: Assembling the chair is very easy, takes 10 min max.
Ergonomic: The chair is designed for comfort and does it's job fairly well. A small concern is the armrest / hand support is fixed and too low to comfortably rest the arms.
Support: Support team is great. I connected with Ms. Sameeksha, she promptly responded, listened and addressed my concerns, she went an extra mile to ensure we get extremely good customer support experience.
Parts Quality: Overall the chair is strongly built, the chair and cushion is comfortable. Only area of improvement is the plastic pieces of Hydraulic assembly. However, Sameeksha promptly helped address the issue and raised a replacement request for hydraulic piston and wheel base where the piston was stuck.

Overall I am happy with the product and their customer support. Highly recommended. Thanks.
